cars parked along both sides of the street making it hard for emergency personal to get through such as fire trucks ambulance ect
For over a month, a service type truck has been parked on Forrester St. in the first block north of Rogers Road on the right side. I reported this several weeks ago and the owners apparently moved it a short distance and a little further from the corner. The truck is very large, back doors are always wide open and obviously has some type of industrial equipment inside and a large vent on the top. Is this legal to warehouse a service vehicle on a residential street? Please either respond to me with what, if anything, is or could be done. Thank you!
Drain blocked and streets flooding
Every time there is an IU sporting event or the neighboring students have a party, people park on both sides of our narrow street and block us in. Is there anyway to put “No parking” signs on the south side of the street (Martha St.)?

White car parking on north side of Smith. There is no permitted parking there and this is a repeated offense. It obstructs traffic on a street where parking is only allowed on one side. Vehicle belongs to Doug Wissing and he knowingly and repeatedly has parked there partially on the neighbors yard.
White car parking at Smith and Jackson.
This really isn't about a blocked street, per se, but about street construction. The recently constructed building at Henderson and Hillside has already protruded significantly into the intersection, making that area difficult to navigate, especially for turning trucks and buses. Now the construction company is pouring a new curb to the south that sticks out still further, narrowing the roadway more and earlier, making it harder to clear the intersection (especially the left hand turn lane) and very confining for cyclists. Could someone from the city please confirm that they are actually adding the curb where it should be? It seems to be sticking out significantly further than the old one did before this project started, restricting this road and the intersection.
Whichever idiots approved all of these projects on every arterial road going east to west over SR 37 to happen at the same time need to be executed by firing squad.
