Buffalouie’s on Indiana has put signs on their parklet tables saying only their customers may use their tables. Is that allowed? It seems odd that they can take public property and say it’s only for them. Thank you.

The proposed legislation would also ensure that a “driver is NOT liable for injury or death caused if fleeing for safety from a mob.“ create or refine and make clear the or a law to support law to make criminal offenses for the following activities: when 7 or more persons are involved in an assembly and cause damage to property or injury to other persons to destroy public property during a violent or disorderly assembly 1st degree misdemeanor for a participant in a violent or disorderly assembly to harass or intimidate a person at a public accommodation, such as a restaurant RICO liability attaches to anyone who organizes or funds a violent or disorderly assembly. Walpole several cars parked wrong direction
Hello, I live at 514 S Grant St. This morning a private company (All Seasons Heating and Cooling) started digging up the alley directly in front of my driveway. The alley connects Grant and Lincoln on the 500 S block. There was no prior notice given that my driveway would become inaccessible. I assume this is not the city's protocol for these type of instances.

Greenery on south corner of 11th / Walnut obscuring vision of driver on 11th trying to move onto Walnut so that driver must move forward onto crosswalk and impede vehicles turning onto 11th from Walnut causing them to yell obscenities and ruin everyone's day.

Why do City vehicles park in the bike lane instead of the street? Many times while riding my bike on 7th street this year, I have had to ride around City vehicles parked in and blocking the 7Line because the driver was watering trees or something. Firstly, it's much easier for a car to drive around a truck than for a cyclist going up a steep hill and more vulnerable than drivers to have to ride into oncoming traffic or try to squeeze around an enormous truck. Secondly, this sends the signal that the City prioritizes drivers over cyclists. I should hope that's not actually the case, but it feels like it. Why not park in the car lane? Either side would be by the trees that are in the median between the 7Line and the car lanes, and it wouldn't impact the safety of the City workers. But it does impact the safety of people on bikes, who are already at more risk of injury from crashes.
At 8:35 this morning, a Centerpoint Energy truck was idling in the bike lane, blocking both lanes so I had to drive in the street, even though there's that big electric sign not far from that spot that says No Parking in the Bike Lane. There was a dude in the front seat reading an ipad or something.
