Black Lexus just parked on the sidewalk... How selfish. (No parking sign right next to where I took the picture too)

This truck has been here, seemingly abandoned, for over 2 weeks. The front-left suspension is broken. There is debris and leaking oil underneath the truck. It is facing the wrong direction for the side of the street it is on. It's a fair distance from the sidewalk, somewhat obstructing the street. It is partially blocking a driveway. The vehicle was issued a ticket last week. I'm including a photo of the license plate for identification purposes.
