Car parked in the public right of way in the alley behind my house. It is clear that the illegal fraternity continues to use the public alley as their private parking lot and storage space. There were numerous spaces available on the streets around their houses. I again request you come and demarcate the alley so that this illegal parking in the alley next to my fence ceases

Residents of 1000/1002 East Atwater have a dunk tank in the alley behind 1002 East Atwater. This is still a platted city alleyway and not private property. Neighbors are subjected to constant “thudding” noises. We would appreciate it if compliance officers/HAND would ask them to move their apparatus out of the alley. Thank you.
