I was riding my bike west on 7th st when I came up to a car parked in the bike lane just before College. I and the other cyclists around me had to squeeze past narrowly with one foot on the curb. When the new apartment opened, there was no spaces included for parking. So now the occupants park on driscoll and block east bound traffic from Walnut to Washington. It is very dangerous to people that turn onto Driscaoll and are met with oncoming traffic. On sunday nights when other residents put out the trash and recycle, it is even worse.
