The tenants at this property regularly block the alley on the west side of the garage. They park three vehicles where there are only two spots. The third vehicle blocks the alley.

This property is over-occupied with usually 6-8 vehicles parked on the driveway and side yard, regularly spilling out into the alley outside of the property on the east side of the fence.

This truck has been here, seemingly abandoned, for over 2 weeks. The front-left suspension is broken. There is debris and leaking oil underneath the truck. It is facing the wrong direction for the side of the street it is on. It's a fair distance from the sidewalk, somewhat obstructing the street. It is partially blocking a driveway. The vehicle was issued a ticket last week. I'm including a photo of the license plate for identification purposes.
