This property is over-occupied with usually 6-8 vehicles parked on the driveway and side yard, regularly spilling out into the alley outside of the property on the east side of the fence.

This morning, I saw a shirtless person going through some trash on the north side of 7th street, between Lincoln and Grant. He looked like he was intoxicated and I did not confront him for safety reasons. He left a large amount of debris in the alley and it could damage a car tire. Nails, screws, etc.
