H-T Hotline question regarding the width of the westbound travel lane on west side of the hillside and henderson intersection.

this is an alley, but it is not used for cars -- it's grassed over. but people still walk through it a lot, and several large limbs from a tree are now blocking it. anyway, this is not an emergency situation at all, but it would be great to get the limbs removed. maybe one of the homeowners should do this, but they have been there for several weeks now.
