There is a car parked in an alleyway between South Jefferson and South Bryan Avenue, between 3rd street and 4th street, blocking the main entrance/exit of the homes in that block.

Vehicle that blocked alleyway/access road reported earlier between South Jefferson and South Bryan Avenue, and East 3rd Street and East 4th Street is no longer blocking the road. Didn't have a way to "update" my previous report.

Semi driver who delivers to Auto Zone (2437 W. 3rd St.) complained that side street between Auto Zone and JD Byrider is blocked with parked cars on both sides of the street, blocking fire hydrants as well. He can't easily approach the Auto Zone back entrance with his truck and JD Byrider has refused to move parked cars. Is S. Opportunity Lane a city street?
