Mr. Young stated that bushing in the N/S Alley behing 514 S. Washington Street is encroaching into the right of way and scrape the side of the vehicles as they proceed through the alley. He would like the bushes trimmed back.
Property has bushes that have overgrown onto the sidewalk. You have to walk out in the street to get around them.
