Want's parking removed on N. hays St. Bob Woolford had told her that there would be no parking on Hays. She thought that it should have happened by now.

There is a parking space behind apartments at 401 S Woodlawn that extends into the alley making it difficult to get by. It does appear to be in the alley r.o.w.
Mrs. O'Dier called to find out if people could park in the grassy area located between the sidewalk and the road in front of her house. She stated that this has been a on going problem.
Dumpster behind 510 N Lincoln appears to be within the alley right-of-way.
Retaining wall failing and posing danger to peds.
There are tree limbs hanging in front of the Dead End sign at corner. People cannot see it and have to turn around to get out of the area.
Ms. Angust stated the the property owner at 804 W. 7th Street (John Bavender) has placed metal fence post on the property line between his property and the City alley. Ms Angust stated that the post were not installed correctly and that the post lean into the alley, since then he has placed cement blocks around the post that she thinks encroach into the alley
The dealership regularly parks a delivery trailer on Burks Street. It blocks visibility for vehicles approaching Old SR 37 and for vehicles turning off of Old SR 37.
Sidewalks on Adams from Woodhill north to the end of the neighborhood and on W. Allen from Adams 1/2 way to Larkspur and very over grown with weeds and brush.
