The beginning of road work at E. Moore's Pike and Sare Road has created a very bad interruption to the flow of traffic. I am wondering if there would be a better way of achieving what the work is intending to achieve there. It is just too much disruption.

There is a construction barricade placed in a hazardous location. This barricade should not be here at all, is not viable from eastbound tapp, and causes undue backups at the intersection.
