We are sick and tired of the builder David Howard destroying our property and saying he will fix things and he never does. We have had to endure his horrible construction at 1110 S. Covenanter Drive for over two years now. He has damaged a garden block retainer wall and has said for over a year now that he would fix it. This is what he and his crew did to our front yard this morning. He said that we shouldn't worry because that is city property. Since the city will not install sidewalks in front of our house, we are the ones who are responsible for the maintenance on our grass and right now he has destroyed it and it looks like shit. We are sick and tired of dealing with him and having him promise to fix things that he destroys on our property. I have never dealt with such a crappy builder except Fatih Akin in 2012. Please advise what to do because this is unacceptable.

The alley next to the 1104 N Grant house (sits at the corner of 15th and Grant) is half blocked by broken down cars. We have a driveway to our home that is only accessible by this alley. Our standard size cars have issues coming in and out of this alley. Please help. THANK YOU!

In response ticket 203096- why is the owner of the RV camper allowed to park on a neighborhood street for free while other RV owners pay to park or park it in their yard? This RV is is causing traffic issues and it's a eyesore parked there. The RV is also taking up a few parking spots. Please have it removed.

An RV has been parked for several weeks in the same spot of the street next to this empty lot. Traffic at the 4 way view is blocked of any northbound lane traffic on N. Monroe coming from 10th street creating hazardous conditions. Pedestrian traffic for the Boys and Girls Club and the Food Bank nearby have an obstructed view of any oncoming vehicles. 14th and Lindbergh has a Ford Taurus and Mercedes parked causing issues for the construction crew. Both cars seemed to be non driveable and haven’t moved in months. This is causing an issue with us having to use another street and we have to make a turn into the sight that’s not doable with the large trucks.

A construction sign is completely blocking the bicycle lane on a very busy street with speeding drivers. The sign was originally used to warn about road construction. But that construction was complete more than a week ago. All of the past week the lane has still been blocked. Why does the city not fine the contractor for this negligence? The contractor also left a significant about of debris in the bicycle lane between the sign and 17th street. Why does this happen? Does the city really care about bicycle safety?

White Jeep at 112 N Union St typically parks within a foot or two of the street in their driveway. This caused a visibility issue when I'm trying to pull out of my driveway.
