Can something be done about the brush that obstructs the view of traffic coming down the hill on Rhorer when sitting on Sare? Especially when trying to look West.
When attempting to turn north onto Walnut from Cottage Grove, there is a newly placed rental sign located on the property at 620 N Walnut St that obstructs the view of oncoming traffic.
Hi, I drive a bucket truck for a business on thorton drive. The boom sticks out six feet in front of the truck. When i pull out onto henderson I am almost in the middle of the road before i can see if traffic is coming. My main concern is that a bus or large vehicle could catch the boom and cause an accident. Before I was hoping the city could remove the overgrowth of brush at the intersection to make it safer. Thanks, Ben
Safety hazard/ line of sight Driving- pulling out on to 2nd Street, unable to see west bound traffic on 2nd street.
The north-west intersection of South Grant and East Allen is so heavily overgrown that it is impossible to see east bound traffic on Allen when heading south on Grant. It is an accident waiting to happen.
North side of E. Rhorer just east of S. Sare Road - weeds, etc. make site lines looking East up hill from S. Sare difficult.
There is a line of sight issue turning right out the Goodwill Store parking lot. The trees and vegetation makes it very difficult to see oncoming traffic, since Liberty Drive makes a bend right at our access drive. An article was ran in the Bloomington Herald Times by Marci Creps describing how hazardous this intersection is. We would like to have this resolved as quickly as possible, given the bad publicity we have already received from this issue.
Trees and bushes on the corner of Bankers Drive and Rusgan make it difficult to see traffic approaching from the right.
Large number of yard signs on and near the Renwick roundabout on Moores Pike are a hazard. Thanks.
