Intersection of 17th & Lincoln (southside she believes) there are tree limbs hanging down into the sidewalk and blocking view for pulling out onto street. Believes tree belongs to apartment complex.

At the intersection of Clifton and Hillside the bushes are over grown and causing a line of sight problem. Also, the sidewalk on Hillside between Clifton and High is over grown in places causing people/children to have to walk to close to the curb/traffic.
Citizen stated that brush and weeds are growing over the sidewalk and obstructing the line of sight and pedestrian access. Citizen called to inquire status of compaint and to give additional addresses. Overhanging limbs blocking sidewalk at 3404, 3411, 1318, 3325, 3549, &3511 on Allendale. There is a bush between the curb and sidewalk in front of the Cloverleaf Restaurant that is causing a line of sight problem for traffic going south on Kimble Drive looking to the west. It is difficult for drivers to see oncoming traffic around the bush.
There is a severe line of sight problem for vehicles traveling south on Elm Street looking to the west on 6th Street. There is bushes/weeds overgrown onto the sidewalk, etc.......
Ms. Vent stated that there is an apartment complex at the corner of Dodds and Henderson as well as a rental property and the the cars are parking on both sides of the street Ms. Vent stated that is there are cars parked there you cannot see to pull out on Henderson Street and if there is a car waiting to pull out you cannot turn on to Dodds. She further stated that she does not feel that trash trucks and snow plows are not able to access this street.(address is approximate for complaint entry
Wilmington Court Condos. There is a large evergreen tree (on Clarizz to the south of the entrance to the condos) that blocks the line of sight and causes traffic turning onto Clarizz from the condo entrance to pull out onto Clarizz to see oncoming traffic. The evergreen has grown over the sidewalk and into the street.
There are tree limbs and bushes overhanging the sidewalk causing a "tunnel" effect. The trees and bushes are also blocking a warning sign for the Fire Station plus a traffic regulatory sign.
The northwest corner of this intersection has shrubs that are too high and too close to the sidewalk. South bound traffic on Hawthorne cannot see to the west to enter into the intersection safely.
