Resident of Willow Manor Apartments states that it is difficult to see to your right as you pull out of the driveway of the apartment complex. There are bushes that block the drivers site preventing you from seeing vehicles coming over the hill.

Citizen stated in front of the Cosmetology School there are bushes/weeds four feet tall that block the line of sight.
BPD called Street Dept. to report that there was an accident at the alley between College and Morton (they were turning on to College). over grown weeds were a factor. They would like some one to take care of it.
Mrs. Burch called the HAND Dept. VERY upset over an overgrown bush and weeds as a line of sight problem at the corner of Dodds and Morton. She stated that the branches off of the bushes that are overgrown scrached her car. She stated that the City should pay for her car, and that she is going to take the weeds and branches to the Mayors office and dump them on his desk. She would like a call back on this ASAP.
