There is a line of sight issue when you are going Westbound on Dixie turning to go North onto Lincoln Street. There are flowers in the island there but the main problem is the cars that park up to the intersection. She feels that you need to remove one parking space on the East side of Lincoln Street just South of Dixie. She would like for someone to give her a call to let her know what is going to be done.
The problem is on the southeast corner of Adams & Woodhill. The caller stated there is a line of sight problem if you are pulling off of Woodhill onto Adams and you are looking to the south. There are weeds that block the view. The City has been out before to cut this area.
Overgrown bushes have grown through the fence and obstructs view for traffic.

Ms. Vent stated that there is an apartment complex at the corner of Dodds and Henderson as well as a rental property and the the cars are parking on both sides of the street Ms. Vent stated that is there are cars parked there you cannot see to pull out on Henderson Street and if there is a car waiting to pull out you cannot turn on to Dodds. Resident states there is a line of sight problem due to vegetation on the northeast corner of 7th Street and Waldron Street.
Trees and shrubs from this house spill into alley, and cause difficulty when using alley.
THERE IS A FLOWER GARDEN ON THE SW CORNER OF ANITA AND 1ST STREET. HE FEELS THAT THIS FLOWER GARDEN IS IN THE CITY'S RIGHT-OF-WAY AS WELL AS CAUSING A SIGHT DISTANCE PROBLEM. IF YOU ARE GOING NORTH ONTO ANITA TURNING ONTO FIRST STREET YOU HAVE TO PULL OUT IN THE INTERSECTION TO SEE IF ANYTHING IS COMING. HE HAS ALMOST BEEN HIT A COUPLE OF TIMES. A FEW OF THE NEIGHBORS ARE CONCERNED WITH THIS PROBLEM.
