There are tree branches that are hanging down on the northeast corner of Jordan Ave. & Maxwell Lane. It is difficult for people going south on Jordan looking to the east on Maxwell Lane.

There is a line of sight problem for traffic going south on Nancy Street looking to the right on Hillside Drive. There is a utility pole that has weeds grown around it that is obstructing a driver's view. If the weeds, etc. are on private propery, Gliessman does not want us to persue.
