Heading west on 8th at intersection with Hillsdale. Thick grove of invasive weeds that have become bushes is hiding the stop sign and hindering visibility of vehicles coming from the north.

Tree limbs block the sight of the stop signs on BOTH sides of eastbound E 11th Street at N Park Ave from a distance. The signs are not visible until a moving vehicle is at them, which poses a hazard.
The berm grass is too tall and is creating a line of sight issue as you approach the intersection.
The neighbor behind me on Blue Ridge Drive has been dumping yard waste into the easement. I asked them to stop and they said that it wasn't my property because it was the easement under the power line. I contacted Duke Energy. What else can I do?
Overgrown trees block stop sign on Kenwood and make it impossible for cars turning left onto Kenwood from Dunn Street to see traffic on Kenwood. Also overgrown trees along Dunn force people to walk in the street - combined with need to pull very far forward on Kenwood to see traffic this has led to 3 close calls (car+car; car+car; car+pedestrian). Shrub on NE corner of intersection (7th/Washington) is a bit large and blocks line of sight for vehicles on Washington waiting to cross the intersection.
