Traveling both north and south on North Dunn Street, bushes and shrubs obscure the stop signs at the intersection at Tamarack Trail until a driver is right on the sign itself. It becomes an emergency stop for some drivers. Very dangerous for drivers unfamiliar with Dunn Street.

A car lost control on northbound Dunn Street towards heading towards Lake Griffy dam. This photo is a street light she hit and dislodged on North Dunn Street across from Lakewood Drive at the entrance to Blue Ridge housing addition.
I believe a contributing factor to this accident is the many warning signs on northbound Dunn Street leading up to this location that are covered with leaves and branches, obscuring them. I have additional photos of the signs covered with so many leaves that you can hardly see them.

The alley that runs from 2nd St. to the Harmony School parking lot continues north across Hunter and runs to Atwater. There is another alley that runs from Faculty down to Woodlawn (just south of Subway). Those two alleys intersect. The problem is that the intersection is completely overgrown with bushes and vines, which makes it extremely hard for someone headed west to see anyone coming from Hunter. And since so many Harmony kids use that alley to get to Subway, I fear that one of them will get hit, especially now that there are several rental houses with parking off that alley. Could you either have someone trim the overgrowth back or ask the homeowners to do it? If you come down from Faculty, you will see how badly obstructed the view is of anyone coming up the alley from Hunter. (And if you use the alley off of Hunter, be prepared to get scratches on your vehicle by the bushes growing into the alley.)

Low hanging branches and overgrowth from City street trees is causing issues with school bus drivers (they've told me that they cannot see children at their stops here or on-coming vehicle traffic due to this overgrowth). Please trim trees and remove overgrowth in this area to improve visibility.
Location: area just north of the intersection of Odell Drive and E. Burks Drive.

Concerned that the neighborhood zone parking sign in front of this address is hidden by trees, and therefore more people are parking illegally. Thanks for your help.

Trees are blocking stop sign as you head south on Sare road. This morning was the 2nd time I have seen a car blow through that spot without even a delayed acknowledgement of the sign.

There is a very uneven crack in the sidewalk in front of The Bishop just up from the corner of 4th and Walnut, sort of in front of the tree that was removed. Last night I was walking up the sidewalk and fell on all fours because of the crack. Luckily I didn't break my already repaired wrist to which I am still paying medical expenses and only escaped with a cut knee. When I sat down, a woman mentioned that while visiting The Bishop, she sits in their outside seating area and sees people trip over this crack countless times. Upon hearing that, I too remembered seeing a woman fall on all fours in the same spot. Clearly, this is a hazard that should be looked at and taken care of. Thank you.

Corner of E, Hunter Ave, and High St. There is a Grass bush obstructing the view to the north at the stop sign. There is no street sign on this corner for E. Hunter Ave.
Thanks
