Ms. Vent stated that there is an apartment complex at the corner of Dodds and Henderson as well as a rental property and the the cars are parking on both sides of the street Ms. Vent stated that is there are cars parked there you cannot see to pull out on Henderson Street and if there is a car waiting to pull out you cannot turn on to Dodds. 800 Block of W. 2nd St(2nd and Euclid):from Euclid turning on to 2nd, it is difficult to see looking East to turn out on 2nd due to plants. 900 Block of W. 3rd St: Sidewalk blocked by plants on the North side of the street. 700 Block of W. Smith: Impassable due to overgrown plants and trees.

The overgrowth between the sidewalk and street on the NE corner of 2nd and Euclid blocks all the views of westbound traffic, creating a significant hazard. This occurs every year. The residents are apparently cultivating it. That overgrowth needs to be removed permanently.

Y'all ever going to clean up the overgrowth and trash all over this sidewalk? Can't barely see, and since there's a homeless camp right next to it which you all won't bother to clean up either, it's become dangerous to even use this sidewalk.

There is a line of sight problem at the intersection of 12th St. and N. Walnut St. When turning onto Walnut St., you can't see the oncoming traffic because bushes are overhanging the sidewalk.

The citizen at 416 W. 11th Street uses the parking lot behind his building. His access is a East/West alley off of Rogers Street. There is an evergreen tree that blocks the line of sight for those pulling out of this alley trying to go South on Rogers Street. You have to pull partially into the northbound lane on Rogers to see around the tree. The tree also impedes pedestrian traffic along the sidewalk. The tree is behind the sidewalk. Several months ago a vehicle drove into and knocked down a light pole on the opposite corner. Due to that, there have been metal cables coiled up on the corner of 11th and Fairview. Now they have fallen into the right of way of the sidewalk. This is dangerous and I respectfully ask that it be fixed. Thank you.
