The citizen stated that as he is going south on Jefferson Street anc comes to the intersection with 5th Street, there is a large bush that obstructs the line of sight. Currently 5th Street stops for Jefferson Street. The citizen did not state which corner but I used 100 N. Jefferson as the address.
