This was given to the Engineering Department via Risk Management. There is a line of sight problem at the northeast corner of Clark Street & 8th Street. Clark Street stops for 8th. It is difficult for people travelling south on Clark to see oncoming traffic going west on 8th Street due to the shrubs on the northeast corner.
