Throughout the winter and currently, this uninhabited property has had unhoused people utilizing the garage in the back yard. People wander the alley and wander in the yard on a regular basis. Trying to make a turn onto Kirkwood from Oak, it is impossible to see traffic coming from the east. There are several trees that completely block the view.
