There is a severe line of sight problem for vehicles traveling south on Elm Street looking to the west on 6th Street. There is bushes/weeds overgrown onto the sidewalk, etc.......
Caller is complaining of a tree growing up a telephone pole as well as tall grass. She claims that there is guttering in the alley. She stated that it was not well cared for.
Citizen stated in front of the Cosmetology School there are bushes/weeds four feet tall that block the line of sight.
John with H.A.N.D. discribed the problem as Vegetation blocking the LOS for eastbound traffic on Allen stopping a Henderson.
Weeds are obstructing the line of sight.
intersection of allen and henderson. cannot see when trying to make a left turn onto henderson because of tree limbs.
The flowers/weeds at this address are so high that you cannot see to pull out onto Henderson street from Allen Street.
