The alley half way between Cottage Grove & 11th on to N. Grant . There is a problem with evergreen trees that are overgrown on the extreme north west corner of 401 E. Cottage Grove. You can't see to pull out of the alley , when you are turning left onto Grant ( the est side of the road.)

Citizen states that if you are going east on Davis Street and turn to go north on Henderson there is a hedge that obstructs your line of sight. The property has changed ownership and the former owner trimmed the hedge. The people there now have not trimmed it and it has grown up pretty far.

There is a line of sight problem at the intersection of 12th St. and N. Walnut St. When turning onto Walnut St., you can't see the oncoming traffic because bushes are overhanging the sidewalk.

The citizen at 416 W. 11th Street uses the parking lot behind his building. His access is a East/West alley off of Rogers Street. There is an evergreen tree that blocks the line of sight for those pulling out of this alley trying to go South on Rogers Street. You have to pull partially into the northbound lane on Rogers to see around the tree. The tree also impedes pedestrian traffic along the sidewalk. The tree is behind the sidewalk. There is an overgrown hedge on the northwest corner of Davis & Rogers that causes a line of sight problem for those turning off of Davis.
