Ms Lucas is concerned about people parking on BOTH sides of Covenanter on East side of 4-way stop--works at Kroger's in Jackson Creek and has been experiencing problems pulling out onto Covenanter--she's almost been hit twice b/c can't see around parked cars. Employees have to park in back, so have to exit onto Covenanter near Eaton Mews. Employees have noticed problem since new business, Dial America, moved in--problem is worse in the evening. The citizen at 416 W. 11th Street uses the parking lot behind his building. His access is a East/West alley off of Rogers Street. There is an evergreen tree that blocks the line of sight for those pulling out of this alley trying to go South on Rogers Street. You have to pull partially into the northbound lane on Rogers to see around the tree. The tree also impedes pedestrian traffic along the sidewalk. The tree is behind the sidewalk. Refered by Lee Huss
