There is a vacant property to the north of 2111 S. Rockport Road that the weeds and brush needs to be mowed. The weeds are in the city right-of-way portion as well as on the private property. The property owner is Richard Carmichael. This property is part of the Redevelopment Rockport Road project.

There is a line of sight problem at the intersection of Glendora Drive & N. Dunn Street. As you are going east on Glendora and stop at the intersection with N. Dunn Street, there are bushes/trees obstructing the drivers view looking right (southwest corner).

When you travel south on Laurel Court and approach the intersection with Heather Drive, there is no stop sign on the right side and the stop sign on the left side is obstructed by tree branches. THE LINE OF SIGHT PROBLEM IS AT THE THREE-WAY STOP OF WESTMINSTER WAY AND ALLENDALE DRIVE. STONE STATED THAT WHEN YOU ARE GOING WEST ON ALLENDALE DRIVE THAT THERE ARE TREE LIMBS OBSTRUCTING THE STOP SIGN. THE TREE LIMBS HAVE OVERGROWN ONTO THE STREET ALSO.
