Grass & weeds 18" tall including along sidewalk. This is an annual problem that has been reported multiple times this year already. Neighbors have spoken with homeowner to no avail. Previous reported case closed without action.
Same guy reported last year & City came and cut yard. Won't mow yard. 18" plus and rising. Neighbors speak to him but has some political reason for not mowing.
Grass well over a foot tall at 815 s larkspur lane. House looks vacant and length of grass is disturbing to look at and for the dogs to walk in.

Several violations 1. Grass is about a foot long and hasn't been mowed all year 2. Junk and boat in yard 3. Weeds 6-8ft tall 4. Rv sticking out past sidewalk!
