This yard is all bamboo. The bamboo has grown out considerably into the street. and now some the stalks are completely parallel to the road and hang down considerably. Trucks would brush through it whenever. But cars just miss it, unless it rains when it actually is a bit dangerous hitting your car. The sidewalk in front of the house is impassable, too, with a lot of weed growth. Quite the neighborhood eyesore.
Hello, I am currently trying to sell my house at 1221 W. 6th Street. Potential buyer feedback has been overwhelmingly positive however several people have decided not to buy my house because of the condition of the neighboring property to the east. That particular house is abandoned and derelict. My neighbor at 1305 W 6th moved in last July and has not cut his grass since that time. It is long and very overgrown.
