Yard is overgrown. Landlord/property manager has not mowed the yard yet this year. There are weeds taller than two feet in some areas.

City ally I keep 2/3 mowed used to be 3/4 but overgrowth keeps on coming. Poison Ivy is also growing in the overgrowth. To my knowledge, no one has touched it this growing season. It’s out of control. It is also in the way of the service I pay to mow the city alley , my yard and the tree lot out front. I also have concerns about the growth on the side of the house that is entwined in the utility lines.
