Excessive Growth

I have contacted this rental home's management company (Brawley) twice about a DANGEROUS situation. There are 5 DEAD Ash Trees in the yard and TWO are threatening my home at 2825 Blue Slopes. These trees are dropping very large branches both during storms and more increasingly during rather calm days as well. These trees are both near our home as they are very near the property line. They need to be removed before they do serious damage. I cannot get any response from the management company.
The lawn at the house next door to 2810 Limestone Dr needs to be mowed.
I live at 105 E. Sunny Slopes, at the intersection with Brookside. In the area that would have been the extension of Brookside, adjacent to my property, is an area that is an overgrown, branch-strewn, leaf-covered eyesore. I think it is the city's responsibility, which would mean the city has a sad record for maintaining that area, but if it is the responsibility of a private owner, please let me know who it is so that I don't have to complain to this e-mail site every month or two!!!
The empty lot at this location has a giant Beech? tree right at the edge of the property that rains leaves, branches, and bark down onto my property (105 E Sunny Slopes Dr). Probably not much can be done about that, but the giant tree is also leaning sharply toward my house! I have no idea how to contact the owner and alert him/her to that accident just waiting to happen. I don't want to lose one end of my house WHEN that tree falls. Please advise... Thank you. Eric Webb
Our neighbor Alex Gul located on Roundhill Lane has yet to mow his 7 foot high lawn once the entire year!! (the last time it was mowed was by the city nearly a year ago). Why is it so difficult to get this man to comply with the city laws? Every year it's a new game and the city almost always does absolutely nothing. Perhaps every other year you come out to mow it once. Can you please explain why you do not require this man to obey the laws you wrote and mow his lawn (or why you won't do it for him and bill him should he not comply)? excessive brush and weeds this house is a rental . and the tenants do not maintain the weeds and other junk constantly grow over the fence and into my driveway also a loud malfunctioning air conditioning uint runs 24/7
