The homeowner at 3860 S. Mill Stone Way is habitually negligent in the maintenance of their yard. Only mowed it once since I reported them 2 months ago. The back yard slope has not yet been mowed this year. On the south side of the house there is a small pile of brush that's been there for months that has a snake living in it. Please help. My daughter is afraid to play in the yard with so many places for wild animals to hide in their grass. This is an eyesore for the entire neighborhood. Thank you!

Residential properties behind the High Point commercial property at 702 N Walnut have been having constant issues with poison ivy all summer, as well as last summer. It is constantly spreading into our backyards from the High Point property. I've reported this issue to HAND several times this summer, yet the property has still not been cleaned up (or it is cleaned up once, and then promptly ignored again.) At what point can this go to the Board of Public Works for abatement?

The sidewalk at the northwest corner of Maple between 6th St. and 7st south of the alley is completely overground. It is impossible to pass without walking in the street. It is also impossible to see cars traveling east on 7th when driving through that intersection

Hello, I am currently trying to sell my house at 1221 W. 6th Street. Potential buyer feedback has been overwhelmingly positive however several people have decided not to buy my house because of the condition of the neighboring property to the east. That particular house is abandoned and derelict. Are you able to take any action that would remedy this plight or if this is simply a civil matter please let me know what steps I should take to address the problem myself. I own the Bicycle Garage on Kirkwood Ave next to People's Park. On June 8th the trees that are next to my property were trimmed and it seems a branch that is dead was not removed and is in a very precarious position above our back gate. This can fall at a moments notice. I have attached pictures.
