excessive brush and weeds this house is a rental . and the tenants do not maintain the weeds and other junk constantly grow over the fence and into my driveway also a loud malfunctioning air conditioning uint runs 24/7

Our neighbor Alex Gul located on Roundhill Lane has yet to mow his 7 foot high lawn once the entire year!! (the last time it was mowed was by the city nearly a year ago). Why is it so difficult to get this man to comply with the city laws? Every year it's a new game and the city almost always does absolutely nothing. Perhaps every other year you come out to mow it once. Can you please explain why you do not require this man to obey the laws you wrote and mow his lawn (or why you won't do it for him and bill him should he not comply)? The sidewalk on the north side of E Rogers Rd,mid-way between Spicewood ln and Sare Rd is completely obstructed by branches and bushes from adjacent properties rendering it impassable.

The back of the Winslow Sports Park trail is overgrown, by the woods and behind the tennis courts. The weeds are growing so large that the trail is cut in half. Please mow to help keep this trail safe and clean! Thank you!

The empty lot at this location has a giant Beech? tree right at the edge of the property that rains leaves, branches, and bark down onto my property (105 E Sunny Slopes Dr). Probably not much can be done about that, but the giant tree is also leaning sharply toward my house! I have no idea how to contact the owner and alert him/her to that accident just waiting to happen. I don't want to lose one end of my house WHEN that tree falls. Please advise... Thank you. Brookside ends and the area beyond the end of the street is overgrown, again, and I should not have to send a monthly e-mail to remind the City to mow it!

The pavement for Brookside Drive ends just beyond the address above. Where the street might have been extended, the grass is very high and should be mowed regularly--by the City (I think).
