The house at 810 W. 4th St. is unoccupied, but rented as an Airbnb with regularity. In a neighborhood of modest homes with mostly well-tended yards, it has a front yard that is untended, and a side and backyard that are wildly overgrown, sometimes harboring an urban deer population. The tall grass and weeds in the backyard, along with an abandoned cast-iron tub, contribute to the difficult mosquito problem in the neighborhood. Apparently because there is no home owner nearby, this commercial venture shows little concern for the well-being of the neighborhood. Thank you for your efforts.

Also partially unkempt lawn on the corner of Eastside and Maxwell under the big branch that fell off a dead tree weeks ago. The tree needs to be cut down before the next big storm. It could fall on the road.
