The sidewalk at the northwest corner of Maple between 6th St. and 7st south of the alley is completely overground. It is impossible to pass without walking in the street. It is also impossible to see cars traveling east on 7th when driving through that intersection
Hello, I am currently trying to sell my house at 1221 W. 6th Street. Potential buyer feedback has been overwhelmingly positive however several people have decided not to buy my house because of the condition of the neighboring property to the east. That particular house is abandoned and derelict. Are you able to take any action that would remedy this plight or if this is simply a civil matter please let me know what steps I should take to address the problem myself. 2611 Round Hill Lane, Bloomington. I understand the City cannot do anything about the overgrown lawn at this address because of the litigation the home owner has filed. But could you at least remove the dead trees and/or limbs that are blocking the sidewalk and could potentially fall on my car? I would think city code 12.24.040 would cover this problem. Additionally, the property owner cut tree limbs from his roof line, left them to drop in a pile so that if the dry conditions return we have a neighborhood fire hazard. I am so far beyond frustrated with this sitution. The property owner is getting a free ride in the litigation with the city, while our neighborhood would have to raise thousands to hire a lawyer and take this unreasonable man to court. Excessive growth onto the sidewalk, not able to pass and stay on the sidewalk. This spot is the northwest side of the lot, same problem on northeast side.
I own the Bicycle Garage on Kirkwood Ave next to People's Park. On June 8th the trees that are next to my property were trimmed and it seems a branch that is dead was not removed and is in a very precarious position above our back gate. This can fall at a moments notice. I have attached pictures.

Doesn't appear the grass is getting mowed alongside E. 3rd in front of the Jewish community center between the street and sidewalk. Can you please request this be mowed? Thank you. Also there is some smattering of trash around there and a bit further east.
