Lawn needs cutting - property owner is an habitual offender
Lawn needs cutting
Lawn going to seed - again. Property owner(s) of this house habitually disregard neighborhood obligations and drag down the value of the other houses surrounding.
Grass is too long - AGAIN. Every summer this property is neglected. It is an eyesore.
Grass too long. City says they will "monitor", but they do not say what it means to "monitor". The yard looks terrible and every summer it gets this way, The property owner needs to be told to maintain the appearance of the property.
Lawn needs cutting
Again, lawn is going to seed.
City says lawn is not yet 8". I measured and it is >12". This property owner neglects the property and should be fined until he learns to regularly cut his lawn.
Lawn is going to seed.
My neighbor's yard (weeds) at 3115 E Kensington Park Drive is excessively high. My house on S. Forrester backs up to this yard. This has continuously been an issue since the present owners moved in. I understand that they had a fire last summer and I mowed it for them throughput the fall, but they have moved back into their house and I would appreciate them taking appropriate care of their yard.
