517 West Wylie. Excessive overgrowth to the extreme. Bloomington Municipal code limits growth to 8 inches. This property has been a disgrace to the McDoel Gardens Historic neighborhood for a long time. It's atmosphere is very objectionable. Please help.

This property has been a disgrace to the McDoel Gardens Historic neighborhood for over a year. It's atmosphere is very objectionable. Please help.
