For HAND: this is my annual complaint about the shrubs in front of 401 S High Street. They are starting to encroach on the sidewalk again so that it will be hard for someone with a stroller to pass that part of the sidewalk. And once someone is in the neighborhood, they may want to check out the south-west corner of the Second and High Street intersection. Weeds are starting to creep up the sidewalk there as well. Foliage is blocking at least half of the sidewalk running from Maxwell Lane to First Street -- and there are also low-hanging branches along the path as well.
