The yew bushes on the north side of the house on Falcon Drive/Gordon Pike not only are blocking half the sidewalk, but also are blocking the line of site when traveling north on Falcon Drive and approaching Gordon Pike. You cannot see vehicles approaching the intersection that are coming from Wickens St.
over growth of lawn and yard and trash in yard
3907 Tamarron Court has excessive weeds, especially in the back yard
grass along street is at least 4 feet high.
The lot (no home built yet) at 3868 E. Regents Circle is now becoming somewhat overgrown with weeds, plants and grasses. This is causing concerns over the wildlife it may be inviting into the neighborhood, as well as the spread of weeds into neighboring yards.
This empty lot is showing excessive growth - in some areas the vegetation has gotten to be 1-2 ft. high. This is creating a haven for creatures, insects and promoting more weed growth that directly impacts the neighbors on either side of this lot.
The location is a lot in St. James Woods, which has been purchased but has no home construction on it. The lot is now filling up with very tall grasses/weeds. The neighborhood concern has to do with broader weed dispersion into adjoining lots/landscaping; as well as the potential to attract unwanted wildlife (e.g., rats, skunks, possums, etc.) which can easily travel to neighboring lots.
This home owner has yet to mow this year and the entire yard is significantly over 8 inches already this year, with some spots on the south side of the house over 1 1/2 feet long already.
The homeowner at 3860 S. Mill Stone Way has not mowed their yard in over a month. Some areas in front are taller than my knee and some areas on side and rear of property are more than 3 feet tall. This yard is horrendous and they refuse to mow and take care of their yard. Can you please enforce the mowing ordnance or have the city mow their yard and submit a bill or fine them?
