Excessive growth and yard waste violations as defined by the following City codes: "Weed" means any plant or vegetation classified as a detrimental plant, invasive plant or noxious weed by either the state under authority of IC 15, entitled Agriculture and Animals, or the United States government in accordance with 7 USC 7701. Excessive plant growth behind several properties. Noticeable from the cul-de-sac on village court. 522 village court.
Grass/weeds overgrown. Also tall weeds coming from curb and cracks in street.
This house hasn’t cut their grass since new people moved in. Excessive weed growth has resulted.
The city planted new grass/sod all along Rockport near Rockport/Tapp intersection and hasn’t cut the grass one time in this stretch of Rockport.
The yard at 1005 w !st Street has not been mowed all season. Weeds and vines are encroaching onto property at 1007 W 1st Street.
