The sidewalk on the west side of Pete Ellis Dr next to the IU Campus farm (between John Hinkle Pl and E Amy Ln) is overgrown with plants and is impassible without walking on the grass. It has been like this for a long time.

Home owner has excessive growth in back yard. Home owner also has two untreated, unfiltered, and un-serviced pits in the back yard that fill with rain water and are left standing. Please hold the owners of the commercial building for sale on the b-line by the pickle ball courts accountable for their property. There is trash and overgrowth everywhere! This is a huge eyesore for a otherwise nice area that tax payers spent a lot of money on and to maintain!
