Grass overgrowth on playgrounds

There are trees in between my property and the property behind my yard that have overgrown and now are touching power lines. We can hear zapping sounds coming from a partially dead pine tree. The tree have also uprooted a portion of my fence, in the back of the yard. This is happening on the back end of the property, by the alleyway.

Ticket 176182. Going on a month for a reply and trying to figure out how to reply to your questions. Our house is on corner of Smith road and Stonegate Drive. The tree is too large for where it was planted on the City Easement. The roots are tearing up yard. There is excessive weed growth in the landscaped medians of College Mall Road between the mall and Moores Pike.

Weed and brush overgrowth on West side of the B-Line, between 2nd and 3rd street, is getting very heavy again. Understand this is something that is normally cut back twicw a year, in the Spring and Fall. Please look into doing the Spring cut-back as soon as feasible. Thanks.
