Lawn has not been mowed in weeks. The grass is extremely long. Looks like a mess.
There is excessive growth including tree of heaven. There is debris against the garage and house which is almost obstructed from view. I see this is owned by city attorney Michael Fluory. City of Bloomington, if you can levy consequences on Joe Davis, apply these ordinances evenly or not at all. Maybe Mr Fluory suffers no consequences because he is a city employee. Worst city government in 55 years. Do the right thing!
Again, she has let the grass grow too long. Does HAND actually issue fines? If so, I hope you give her the maximum this time. Money is the only thing she understands...

Vegetation is at least five feet high next to the driveway and is in the street. There are thorns which scratches our cars when we drive by.
Overgrowth on the land the city took is out of control. Today I had to run homeless out of the overgrowth. I have children that live here and we always kept it mowed down but now its not ours and I don't want homeless moving in. Please take care of this asap
I’ve noticed non native plant species on this City parcel and would like to know since we have been working on similar plant removal and treatment along the B Line who might be be ones to inquire of addressing the bush honeysuckle, wintercreeper et al on this triangler parcel just a few parcels from the back parking of Opportunity House. Massively overgrown lot next to the former Sahara Mart.
I visit this area a few times a week and the yard as of late is looking less than appealling. I know 8" is the height limit and i am not sure it's that high but, the yard needs to be addressed. I do not like to complaint but, it is a nice neighborhood and i would like it to stay that way. Thank you.
