Constant problems with this deadbeat landlord. Grass hasn't been mowed.

Empty lot South of 2504 S. Madison has grass 3 feet tall. This is the second time I've had to report this already this year. Owners CONSTANTLY ignore their property and it looks abandoned 90% of the time.

Adding a photo to the report I made yesterday, #183806. I've knocked on the door a couple times to connect with my new neighbors (house bought this past fall) before making this report but there is never anyone home.

Excessive growth is hiding the stop sign on High st and Southdowns. the growth also makes it very difficult to see southbound traffic on High Street from Southdowns. It is also an invasive species (Asian bush honeysuckle).
