Overgrown and unkept lawn
Overgrown and unkept lawn
The individual failed to maintain her yard last year and it got cut one time all summer. It has not been cut this year and is already high thigh/waist high. Making it hard to walk the sidewalk as it’s intended.
the median was over grown, they did mow it, but did not trim or clean up all the heavy grass. its a mess. that used to look very nice there.
This house was sold last year and is currently used as a student rental. The grass has not been mowed this spring and at present is roughly three feet high.
I rent a home from Olympus Properties. Lawn service is included in my lease, but I am having trouble getting them to mow the lawn. I have called them twice about this, both times grass is 10-12 inches high. This will be the third time. It had been 3+ weeks since it's been mowed. I let them know about the city ordinance, but am still having issues. Thank you for your help.
Grass and landscaping unmaintained
House was recently demolished, but there is still yard remaining (both private and City right-of-way) that needs to be mowed. Grass is very long, but landlord needs some "nudging" to get him to maintain the property. Perhaps a large fine would encourage him to be a better steward of the properties he owns (?)
The lot is overgrown and attracting bugs and animals. Making it impossible for kids to play outside.
