Excessive overgrowth of plants in mulch beds. There is no room to walk down the sidewalk making this a hazard for anyone handicap.this has been an ongoing issue and was supposed to be resolved the last time a report was issued.

Home owner has excessive growth in back yard. Home owner also has two untreated, unfiltered, and un-serviced pits in the back yard that fill with rain water and are left standing. the landlords have not trimmed back the hedge out front this season and it makes visibility very hard pulling out on rogers street
