I know my neighbors have complained about the grass at 3522 E. Morningside Drive being really high. The owner lives in Colorado I believe. The front yard that I can see the grass is so high that it is an eyesore. There must be some way to contact the owner. Occasionally I see a car in the driveway, but the tall grass is not addressed and it is never mowed. What is the resolution here.
House has been abandoned for a few years and in in need of repairs or demolished. Excessive vegetation growth is throughout the property.
Part of the front of the property at 1112 S Washington has become completely overgrown with poison Ivy which now covers half of the sidewalk.
There is a house behind these weeds. The overgrowth is an eyesore. The sidewalks are not clear. There's is poison ivy preventing me from walking past with my stroller. In the back of the house, branches scrape cars as you drive through the alley. It has looked like this for 6 years. Please do something! It is seriously bringing down the look of our beautiful street impacting home values for sure.
Grass is overgrown. It is at least a foot tall.
Bush is overgrown and blocking the sidewalk.
Bush on the south side of the house(7th Street) is blocking the sidewalk.
Houses and lots in Osage Place (S. Bernard Dr.) are over grown and in need of mowing.
The grass growth is out of control. There is excessive wildlife hiding and living in the yard due to the cover of the growth. We were on a family walk passing the residence and deer we not visible in the yard until we walked right up on them passing by on the street. Sticks and shrubs also need attention in the yard
