The grass at 3522 E. Morningside Drive is really high. There is no one that lives there so if you post a notice on the door about grass/weed violation it most likely will not get seen. I believe the owner lives out of state. So how is this going to get resolved. The grass is high and unsightly.
Back yard, side yard excessive growth
Poison ivy and other invasive plants are growing out of property, blocking the sidewalk and also growing up into the trees (SE corner of lot on Lincoln side)
The yard in this area of homes has not been cut in a long time...it's over a foot high.
Constant problems with this deadbeat landlord. Grass hasn't been mowed.
Overgrown growth and tall weeds on front, side, and back lawn. Overgrown weeds along sidewalk. Difficult to see through, makes neighborhood look dilapidated.
Neighbor Larry thinks his gas meter is on my property and won't mow around it.

Overgrowth of weeds and lawn resulting in issues with visibility and insects Needs addressed ASAP
The trees and invasives (honeysuckle, etc. from this yard is growing over the their fence into my yard at 611 Clover Terrace. This stuff needs to be removed. I don't want these invasive species over in my yard.
