New grass and tress were planted all along the new bike path last year (along E Rogers Rd behind Winding Brook Ct). There has been no maintenance of this areas since last year and now the grass and greenspace is completely overgrown with weeds. Excellent work in repairing the bike path and walkway, but ongoing maintenance plan for the green space adjacent to the path is needed.

I am co-president of Matlock Heights Neighborhood Association. We are an historic district and our outstanding designated Sullivan home built in 1850 was recently purchased 4/7/21 by LLC Palm Springs, FL. The grass is now 7-14” high and branch was down in road but we moved to the yard. Presently no one is living there to discuss the situation. Mrs Sullivan lived there 50 yrs and property was always well cared for. We are very concerned that no one is taking care of this historic home & property. We ask your assistance!! Home owner has excessive growth in back yard. Home owner also has two untreated, unfiltered, and un-serviced pits in the back yard that fill with rain water and are left standing.
